Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Front Porch Ventures, Inc. ("SallySells," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit sallysells.ai or use the Sally service ("Service"). By using the site or Service you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you contact us by email, request a demo, or sign up for the Service, we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, business email address, company name, role, and any details you include in a message or onboarding form.
Information collected automatically. Our website is a static site served via Cloudflare. We receive standard request logs from our hosting and CDN providers: IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and operational reliability.
Service data (customers only). When you use the Sally service, we process the data you authorize us to act on — including your sales deck, your pitch recording, the lead list you provide, the email mailboxes you connect, and the conversations Sally conducts on your behalf. We treat this as your business-confidential data.
How we use information
- To deliver the Service you requested — responding to leads, running follow-up cadences, sourcing prospects (where authorized), and producing the activity briefs Sally sends you.
- To communicate about your account, billing, and material changes to the Service.
- To improve the Service for you specifically, including by training the persona model that represents your voice. Your customer data is not used to train general models for third parties.
- To meet legal, security, and abuse-prevention obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the categories of third parties needed to operate the Service — for example, our email infrastructure providers (so Sally can send and receive messages), our cloud and storage providers, our payment processor (for billing), and counsel or regulators where required by law. Each of these processors is bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Manager instruction authority over Sally is bound to a cryptographically verified email identity (DKIM-authenticated) — non-managers can converse with Sally but cannot direct her actions. Access within SallySells is restricted to personnel who need it to deliver the Service.
Data retention
We retain customer Service data for the life of the customer relationship plus a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, audit, and dispute-resolution obligations. Website logs are retained on standard provider timelines. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to the email address below; we will honor that request subject to legitimate retention obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 30–45 days). California residents have specific rights under CCPA/CPRA; EEA/UK residents under GDPR/UK GDPR — we honor those rights regardless of whether you are subject to them by residence.
Cookies and tracking
sallysells.ai uses a single first-party cookie/sessionStorage entry (cws-pricing-cycle) to remember whether you
toggled the pricing page to monthly or annual. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or
cross-site analytics on this site at this time. If that ever changes we will update this section before deployment.
Children
The Service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
International transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be processed in the United States under the safeguards described above.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced to active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
